Youth Faith Formation
Kindergarten – High School
This program serves our children in Kindergarten through High School who do not attend Catholic School. Our Sunday Faith Formation Program will prepare these students for their Sacraments.
2024-2025 Youth Faith Formation Registration for Students Entering Kindergarten through 12th Grade

Please print and complete the registration form and return it to the church office along with your registration fee.
